Hi, I am a 21-year-old male, so about 3 weeks ago I started having problems with anus itching, it was very annoying and itchy during the first week, but now it's fading away, but recently I woke up with white veins spread like a spider web inside of both of my cheeks, they are not painful at all and not itchy, also I have started experiencing lower back pains and it's getting worse every day, this other day I even failed to stand up straight due to the lower back pains. So I am kindly asking for information that could help and do I need to see a doctor at this point?

It might be due to any infections in that area. In general himalaya cream pilex is very good and you can apply that ointment in that area which definitely helps and you can also do hot water fermentation in that area which definitely helps. ?swimming is a good all-round exercise that does not stress your joints. Psoriasis is not generally affected by the chlorine in swimming pool water, but if you find it becomes itchy when dry, apply some barrier cream before you swim and after your shower at the end. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Stiffness have developed due to weakness of the ligaments & inflamatted cartilage. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee.
