My wife is 32 weeks pregnant. Everything is alright, all previous tests, scans etc are well. On our last visit to the doctor a month ago, the doctor prescribed a growth scan (usg) at 32 weeks. I want to ask whether we can leave this 32 week growth scan? Is it mandatory? The delivery date is 30 may 2020. Is not it possible that we go directly for delivery to the hospital so that there are less risks of corona transmission to my wife?

Nothing is mandatory in life. Anything is advised because it has more advantages. At the moment because of corona talk to obstetrician treating your wife on phone and depending on his/her findings about her, will advise about scan. 30th may is long way and certainly if possible any time sono is better only to decide when depending on her condition and corona lock down.
