Mam actually I had sudden swelling in front of ear. Usg report-6 mm nodule evident in parenchyma of right parotid gland. Ct scan report -enlarged right parotid with few intraparotid lymph node ,largest measuring 14. 2 mm,likely parotitis with intraparotid noted after medication of two month swelling did not not settled down. Fnac report -chronic sialdentitis with parotid gland. After doctor giving some antibiotic amd mouthwash it same. No improvement. What to do?
