Doctor. I am 23 years old. The size of my penis is almost like 3 cm when normal. But it is like almost 14 to 15 cm when fully erect. Is it ok. Or is my penis small? Please reply doctor.

Your penis is fully normal it happens normally those whose penis is large in flaccid state, do enlarge slightly after erection those whose penis is small in flaccid state, enlarge much more after erection like you. Enjoy life.
