Hello Dr. I am feeling blackness in my left ear from last 15 days with pain sometime. Pain is when there is pressure on left side and sometime is like middle pinched. Medication levocetirizine+phenylephrine and xylometazoline 1%. Not effective till yet. Gone for review ent specialist marks as retraction. Kindly suggest what to do as not possible to review at hospital due to on going condition of outside.
