Looks like you are having eustachian tube block. Ear drops won't help. Use otrivin nasal drops for 7 days, steam inhalation and cetirizine.

There are two possibilities. It can either be an infection in your ear canal or a problem with your joint. The treatment for both are different.

Look like you are also having sinusitis. It is what is causing the recurrent throat infection. You need treatment for that.

You could be possibly having some ear infection. If there is no improvement with the medicine you might have to start antibiotics.
