Pl share your email ids while replying so that I may share xray and treatment details. My 4.8 years old son has got multiple deep cavities.in first sitting, my son was under conscious sedation for 50 mins for pulpotomy and pulpectomy n we expect around 4-6 total sittings and in all sittings, citrus oxide will be used. I want to know if right treatment is being provided. I do not want to see his mouth full of crowns but what can I do?

Sir, if your son has cavities, which are deep enough to require rct ,then it has to be done. Have faith in your doctor. They must be doing what is best for your son. Still if you want second opinion.

You do not want to see his mouth full of crowns but happily seen his teeth decaying. Crowns protection and area for chewing food for your child. Without crown resorations will get displaced very soon. Still you need to take proper care of hygiene of your kid as even after crowns you keep ignoring oral health tooth or teeth may get caries again. Get complete instructions from your dentist and follow them completely.
