I got married since 2 years but my wife not conceived. My sperm count is 70mlln/ml and mortality rate 40. We met the doctor doctor said you (wife) is not ovulating due to fluid in pod. Is the sperm count or mortality rate create problem to conceive or fluid in pod create problem to conceive?
