I am 21, unmarried. With pcos history and I took meprate for 6 days between 22 feb to 28 feb. My lmp was 22 jan. We had unprotected couple of times on 6th feb and 12th feb. Now last week I did upt 3 times and it was faint pink line. Then I visited ganga and she said for usg pelvis and it was normal with no foetal poles and yolk sac. And later we did blood hcg too and yes today reports were out its 24 micu/ml might be 3rd or 4th or 5th week. Please suggest your diagnosis. And also I will be visiting to going with my parents tomorrow so will they find out? Please let me know soon. Thank you.

It's either a failing pregnancy, an early pregnancy or ectopic. You need to repeat b hcg again to see if levels are rising or falling.
