Dear sir, I am a paraplegic since Jan 2008. I have come to terms with my condition. My problem is severe constipation with copious discharge of clear odorless mucus. (I do digital stimulation and fresh water enema everyday for stool removal). This goes on for 3 to 4 days. Then there is hard stool and some loose discharge.This cycle repeats. I have tried various diets, but the problem persists.Could you please suggest a reason/remedy. Thanking you.
