I'm attempting to conceive, accidentally I took combiflam one dose of medication after that I get to know should not take pain killers while your planning i'm afraid that is it affect my pregnancy chances and is I get any side effects (birth defects). Please help me .(i took only one tablet paracetamol 375 mg+ibrufin 400 (combiflam))
