Your excess body fat can be measured by skinfold calipers which are used in gym and fitness centers. You need to consume diet which increases your basal metabolic rate and also improve your lean body mass. If you are not doing any exercise start with light workout and gradually need 45 min for your workout with combination of exercises of cardio, weight training and flexibility. With 1 day of rest in a week.
