I have keratosis pilaris�(chicken skin. On my elbow side, thighs, bumps and belly fat side I have small painless acne and in winter its little bit bigger. All over leg its small than thighs area ,bumps and belly area. How can I remove this permanently bcz I do not wear small dresses bcz its looking awkward.
