My wife (27 f) having hypothyroid so periods became scanty & she took levothyroxine 25 mg & contraceptive pills for 4 months to regularise periods, after that due to my urgency for baby my doc induced ovulation with letrozole which didn't turned as pregnancy but cyst appeared on ovary next month, cyst cleared itself by waiting one more month & from then we are waiting for natural ovulation to have a baby but she is not ovulating though ultrasound says everything perfect, this month her periods are delay by 15 days though beta hcg is negative & hsg shows clear tubes. What should we do to control hormonal I'm balance? How to get back to natural cycle?
