I am 15 years old and I want to get my blood test for knowing if there is any kind of disease or any malnutrition in me and the count of rbcs, wbcs and platelets. Now a days there are many kinds of blood tests available. So what type of blood test should I get done to get these much results in a single blood test report? How much do it cost and time it takes?

You can not get all the blood tests done in one test and if you suspect any disease you need to do the test for it. A blood test for cbc and tft will give you a fair idea.
