Hi I am supposed to be getting my period any day and have been having intense cramps for the past few days which I usually do get within 2 days before and first day of my period but haven?t fully gotten it yet just spotting and today when I changed my pad I noticed there was a bright red clot with a pinkish white stringy thing in it with also smaller darker ?balls? clots in the red and have had sex but I am on the pill and it was protected sex once but not the other time, he did not ejaculate inside me but I was stressed lately as well and just wanted to know if the pink and white and bright red and stringy and all that was normal before a period.
