I wanna make my health better. But I don't get time for gym. So how can I make my health better? Please advise.

Try to do exercises in the early morning. Walking is the best exercise. So, try to go for a walk at least 40 minutes to 1 hour in a day. Drink at least 2.5 to 3 liters of water in a day. Eat balanced food. Avoid junk food. Go to sleep 2 hours after your dinner. Sleep should be should for 8 hours.
