I'm 65 just had a full exam. Looking for professional opinion. My blood check is 128 before food in am and 146 after lunch or dinner 30 day average.

Hello you are pre Diabetic ..Boost your intake of vegetables and fresh fruit. Eat more low-fat dairy products and beans. eat whole grains . eat fish, poultry, and lean meat instead of fatty red meat or processed meat. Reduce the amount of sweets you have.
