Hello mam/sir. I am a 22 old female. I have hair fall, dry and frizzy hair. Can you please suggest me a good shampoo to control dryness and hair fall too which is sulphates and parabens free. Also tell me whether matrix shampoo is good for long-term use or not. Do it have any side effects like hair fall?
