I am 24 years old I suffering from external hemorrhoid from last 4 years. Now I have bleeding too. I have started homeopathic treatment in which I have take a water morning and at night in which 4 small flowers and a black thing would be soak at night than drink at morning. It Is called pneer and ras (the jadi buty. I started this from last one week. But I today I feel bleeding and it's paining while releasing stool. Even I take plenty of water at morning and exercise too. please suggest what can I do is there any homeopathic treatment that could I Start and get relief from this permanently.

Hello. It's a herbal or ayurvedic treatment which you are following. Of course, you can start with homoeopathic treatment, but need to know the degree of piles and rest of the symptoms. Take homoepathic medication - Aesculus Hipp. 30/ thrice daily and apply Topi-Aesculus cream over the piles for few months. Management: Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day. A sitz bath fits over the toilet. You can get one at most drugstores. Keep the anal area clean. Bathe (preferably) or shower daily to cleanse the skin around your anus gently with warm water. Soap isn't necessary and may aggravate the problem. Avoid alcohol based or perfumed wipes. Gently dry the area with a hair dryer after bathing. Don't use dry toilet paper.
