I am 18 years old student .i have a sleeping illness. During my sleep, at time of just before wakeup I can?t do it. I feel something tries to hold me on the bed. At that time I feel I wake up from sleep but can?t move any body part. I give maximum pressure to rise from bed but can?t.at last I wake up really from sleep. This problem starts since 2 years and occurs at least once in a month. I am afraid of this. Sir, please reply what is the disease. Thank you.
