I have a sore ankle and shin when I walk and apply pressure onto it. I was kicking a boxing bag 5 days ago and I also kicked my shin onto my trainers arm, now it just hurts when i'm moving on my side to sleep at night and when I walk.

Apply ice and give rest to your leg for 2-3 days until the pain. Subsides and than you can continue your boxing practice after proper warm up under supervision.
