Hi, i'm a non vegetarian. I eat lot of chicken and egg. 3 times a day food with 5 glass of water and less sugar intake. But my metabolism is worst, even small intake cause more fat. Height is 6 ft and weight is 91. I lose some weight but even I have one cheat day that enough to gain all the fat which I have lost in week.
