My son is 10 years old and weighs approximately 26 kg. He is suffering with high fever (going upto 102). I was giving him calpol 250 mg 7 ml. But it got over and can't get it at this hour. Can you please help n tell me whether ibugesic plus or meftal p can be given him for the time being? If yes, how much dosage?

Ibugesic and Meftal should be avoided. Continue Paracetamol as that’s the best medication for fever. Show the kid to the doctor so that correct diagnosis can be made and cause of fever is established.
