I am 23 old female, having anterior crowding but class 1 molar relation. I was willing for ortho treatment but all four third molar of mine are impacted so wanted to know shall I get them all extracted or treatment can be done with out getting third molar extracted. And which tooth shall I get extracted for treatment.
