I am having extreme hair fall (higher than earlier. Daily I am losing lot of hair while shampoo, oiling and in general. When I rub my head 2-3 hair come off. Please provide a reason. I was suffering from dengue in september 2019 but now it is completely cured. Is it due to that?

Hello ...Yes You are suffering from acute telogen effluvium. This occurs usually two to three months after an illness like dengue, typhoid etc. This may continue for a few days to weeks. The hair usually come back and grow normally after this episode. If very severe or persisting for longer duration you need to take treatment..
