I am 22 years old and I have irritation in my lungs. I don't have any pains when I breathe, just mild irritation that goes away when i'm standing or moving around. I also have swollen lymph nodes below my chin. I smoke around 4-5 cigarettes in a week sometimes less. I don't have any fever and my diet is normal. Do I have pneumonia or bronchitis or something else or is it something less serious?

I think now you are suffering from bronchitis, which you need to quit smoking.and better consult with doctor and start treatment before it's too late.
