I am a 37 year old male still I have not grown full beard there are only few thin hairs on my cheeks and my muscles are also not that strong. Even though I exercise regularly my muscles are very soft just like girls. So I recently checked my testosterone level and as per report it is 320 ng/pdl. Is it normal or do I need testosterone replacement therapy so that I grow my beard fully.

It's normal. Do weight training exercises at gym twice a week only. And you will see the difference in as little as a few weeks.
