I started smoking in 2010 & i smoke quite a bit much than normal ( means avg. 10 cigarette per day ) so i just want to ask how many months or years it will take to come back to normal life / healthy life as i never smoked if i quit today. Also is there any medication available to quit ? please reply me

Yes. If u stop cigaratte u will be like before only in few weeks. For that u need to set a quit date. Dont be too much enthusiastic and keep the quit date as per ur convenience. It is not necessary that the quit date should be very close to the day u decide to quit smoking. Lower down ur cigaratte slowly, initially lower down the number per day than when it comes to 2-3 cigarates per day, u can increase the interval period between two cigarattes. Finally u will be able to quit. For craving u need to be highly motivated and still if u feel for cigaratte go for nicotene gums which is awailable in market. Take care
