Hello sir, I am 25 years old, I have problem of phlegm or mucus in throat from last 2 years. I need to spit many times with the sticky substance. For this I am taking alkof cipcal tablet twice in a day. It helps me but I don't know how long should I take this tablet or should I take this or not, because when I don't take this tablet the problem starts again. Kindly, help and suggest permanent treatment.
