Hello, when I was little, I had a small puncture in my eardrum. Over the years, this has self-healed and left a tiny scar. Now, when on an airplane, I have a severe earache in that ear. I know that is common during ascending and especially descending, but for me the pain is constant during the entire flight. Is there anything I can do?
