My Eyesight is weak and i wear specs. Can you guide me that how can my eyesight be improved and specs can be removed without any surgery.

Once you have power it cannot be rectified without any corrective measure. You either have to wear spectacles/Contact lenses or you have to undergo surgery. As of now THERE IS NO medical treatment/exercises that can reduce power. Whoever claims otherwise are misleading you.
