Yes it is considered one of the signs of possible cardiac problems. But treatment of what condition. If the myocardial infarction is causing the pain then that treatment (anti-platelet drugs/angioplasty/bypass) will also treat the jaw pain. However without clinically evaluatiing it may be impossible to determine cause.
