What are the symptoms of having food allergy? Is increased ige level always supposed to be a result of developing food allergy or any sort of allergy?

Hi. If ige level is high in your blood. Then it indicates that you have allergies. May be it is only food allergy or any kind of allergy from different sources. Allergies have many symptoms. Some times it would be body rashes or like urticaria, sneezing, cough and spasm also may be the symptoms of allergic reaction. Allergy is an autoimmune disease. If you can improve your immune system with diet and exercise. You can relief from that.
