My son, age: 10 months is suffering with fever of 101/102 degree for last 3 days. And doctor has given syrup taxim 0 50 mg and calpol. After giving calpol syrup fever though get reduced upto 99 but within 3/4 hours it again comes back. Antibiotic syrup taxim o 50 mg was used from 1 day only. Urine routine as given by doctor: test normal hence why the fever is still in 101/102 range for 3 days. Is it a normal season change fever or something else please advise.
