Healthy & well Balanced diet is very important. Include all food group in kids diet like milk and milk products, legume & pulses, Fruits, vegeis, fat and oils. If your kid doesn't want to eat green vegeis than you can add in the chapati dough, you can make tasty rolls or if they want to eat Maggie some times then you can choose atta Maggie and add all vegeis in it. some times you can make burger for them in burger you can add some healthy options like you can make the Rajmah tikki for the burger and there so many other options also.
