My baby 4 years old with cerebral palsy having hypotonia her shoulders are dislocating & it's relocating again when she extends up& down ,it's due to muscle laxicity r any thing wrong what I have to do i'm doing physio daily pls suggest any thing neck holding also not there.

The diagnosis of your child need evaluation hypotonic cerebral palsy is uncommon and your child is having repeated dislocation, more urgent that you seek opinion of pediatric neurologist.
