My penis nd rectum ns right testes r burning nd some time paining also. Bt I observed when after ejaculation semens by self pleasure or nightfall my right get paining nd after 2/3 day a small ulcer shown on right side of penis head. When I take some homeopathy medicine consult with local doctor it was cure bt again 3/4 month the same is happen. I am scared that when I get married this prob will give me a big trouble. So pls suggest me what to do for fully cure this.
