I am a 22 years male and my height is 5.8 and my body weight is 82. I don't have time to do exercise at morning. What should I do?

Eat low kca, low cho with more fruits.
You should fallow this diets early morning take lemon juice in warm water with 1tsp honey breakfast milk cornflakes with apple, 11am take papaya full plate, lunch 2chapati, dsl, vegetables and salad, evening green tea with roasted channa, in dinner take milk cornflakes or oats with apple.
