Hello, i'm 17 and i've noticed a large vein connected to a lump in my scrotum. It has never hurt and I thought that it is a normal varicocele until I went on a week long school trip last week. I spent just 2 hours a day sleeping and I think the vein might have been irritated. I have also been pulling my pants up a lot so I might have unconsciously damaged my scrotum. I also haven't ejaculated for 10 days at the point of return. The pain started the day after I returned. It's a dull pain located on the lower part of my left testicle. I feel it only when I touch it and when I walk in pants. Today is the fifth day of this pain and i've had wet dreams 3/4 nights, i've tried masturbating and putting ice bags on it but nothing really worked. I really don't want to go to the doctor because here in serbia, I would be stuck in a waiting room for a few full days until I even get looked at. Is there anything else I could try to resolve my problem?
