You have a cavity in your teeth, most probably require a rct in this tooth. Once a cavity forms it cannot be repaired at home by any means. Pain can be subsided by few remedies but that hole is going to stay like this unless you go to dentist and get it treated. Don't ignore. If you get rct and cap. It will serve you for a long span of time.
Then u have to extract it and then implantation can be an option
