Hi doctor, I am 27 years old. And my height is 5.1. I feel so tired during day time and sleepy too. Sometimes I don't able to remember the thing or my study what I studies in the morning. I don't feel active also. For that I joined yoga classes for a month but it didn't work. Could you tell me what's wrong in my health? I am a early riser then also I feel so.

avoid day time sleep, avoid tea, coffee, cola in late evening and after. take balanced diet. avoid stress.
