Hello, i?m 17 years old and i?m a female. I?ve read online that sleep deprivation affects my memory and iq. I?ve been feeling and seeing signs of memory loss, trouble concentrating, and i?m mixing up my letters a lot. I haven?t been sleeping well for the past few years and I really need help because I think my mental health is not how it used to be. If I go back to a normal schedule sleeping schedule, can I go back to my normal mental performance? Please help me because i?m feeling terrified for my future if I continue this route. I keep feeling ?dumb? and I can?t learn in class properly, please help me.

Have early and light dinner. Be relaxed after dinner without indulging in serious mental engagement. Go to bed two hours after dinner and have good night sleep. If you still have problem consult through Lybrate for prescribing some homeopathic treatment which is not habit forming or addictive.
