Sir I became an anxious person after I suffered with mixed anxiety & depression. Biw from last 4 weeks, I am not getting proper sleep, thinking that can I wake up or not on time, as I work in rotating shift in an organization. I am staying single in a qtr. My upper spine started paining after I didn't get proper sleep for a long period. The thought is becoming more intense & ruining normal life. Pls help.
