Why Women who have gone through ectopic surgery get very difficult to conceive normally and severe menstrual flow during periods?

Why Women who have gone through ectopic surgery get very ...
Women who have had an ectopic pregnancy in the past may have fault with the other tube as well hence the sub-fertility. Also potentially the chance of pregnancy may be reduced because the tube affected by ectopic pregnancy may have been removed. The increased flow in periods may be related to pelvic congestion secondary to infection or some other associated pathology.
