I am 22 years old women. My weight is 77 kg and my height is 5.6 inch. I am in canada always in work. I want to reduce my belly fat. I do many thinks like drink warm water in morning as empty stomach, drink lemon water like that. I have no time to go gym and outside there is a snow. So I want treatment for loose belly fat efficiently .thank you.

Try to avoid all processed canned ready to eat foods, fried snacks, maida, sugar and salt, check for food labels consume small light meals consisting of whole wheat cereals, lentils, sprouts ,veggies salads paneer, nuts . try Quinoa ,drink plenty of fluids. have your last meal by 8 00pm. u can try some fitness schedule at home which will give quicker results.
