I am 47 years and diagnosed with low ejection fraction. It's 30%. Angiography is normal, no blockage detected. Holter report is normal and minor changes in ecg. I taking following medicines 1. Vymada 100 mg 1 tablet (morning) and half tablet (night) 2. Cardivas 20 mg daily (morning) 3. Dytor plus 10 mg daily (morning) 4. Eltroxin 25 mg daily 5. Water intake 1.5 l a day 6. Low salt intake is the treatment proper? I taking it since one year. No visible symptoms. I am able to walk 3 km a day at medium pace. Is there possibility of improving ef? How long would it take. Also what would be the life expectancy?
