I am 43 year old male. Sometimes back I diagnosed with a ophthalmologist for not able to cry with tears. It's been several months a tear drop came out, and now I am having distorted vision and pain and all together a perfect headache to see the world. My doctor said it might be optic neuritis and. Well what should I expect? Anything good?
