Which is better - Liv 52 DS or Livomyn by Charak?

Dear lybrate user with the information provided it appears that you are concerned about using liver tonics. It could had been better had you specified the reason why you want to use it or if somebody has prescribed?
both of these are herbal remedies for strenthing of liver. I don't think there is any specific advantage of one over other. Both are equally good.

Dear patient, greetings from lybrate! syp liv 52 ds is an ayurvedic medicine for liver diseases. However it is not proven to be of any benefit in clinical studies. It is more of a placebo effect. Many people buy it otc. Livomyn is used specifically for alcoholic liver disease with raised bilirubin levels. It contains sylimarin extracts which are beneficial. I hope this helps.
