I have heard exercise increase testosterone levels in body, which increases dht levels in body which cause male pattern baldness. So, 1.Do I need to stop exercising to get head full of hair? 2. Does 10% of conversion of testosterone to dht in daily basis in an average human body cause hairloss?

Excercise causes reduce in levels of DHT.... U can exercise... There are possibily not much studies in increase in DHT levels due to excercise.. Most of the researches have proved that excercise decreases the level of DHT.
